CaptureThe ICARUS platform topotheque is now also officially turning into a Lower Austrian project. We will celebrate this occasion with a special kick-off event at the Lower Austrian State Library together with the Deputy State Governor of Lower Austria Mag. Wolfgang Sobotka who will sketch perspectives of the topotheque in Lower Austria. We cordially invite everyone interested to take part
