Information on “Archivum Rhenanum”

“Archivum Rhenanum”, co-financed by the European Union / European Regional Development Fond (EFRE), enables public access to historic sources of the Upper Rhine region by means of modern annotations, persistent bilingualism and new media (digitization, online services, billingual communication platforms – blogs). Under the lead of the Stadtarchiv Freiburg / City Archives of Freiburg (DE), various German and French archives, academic institutions and Historical Societies have joined forces to virtually re-create the historic memories of the Upper Rhine region.

More information on the project can be found here.
